The 88 on Broadway is conveniently located at the corner of Broadway and Redpath Avenues, just a short 3-block walk from Yonge and Eglinton.  When the site was re-developed, the owners had to replace the low-rise rental apartment building with an equal number of rental suites, and so, just arouond the corner on Redpath Avenue is attached a rental building that share amenities with the condominium.
